‘Our vision is to see a Craigavon in which no one would live in fear, or with the shame and stigma, of hunger - unsure of where their next meal might come from.’
Our Three Vision Points:
1. To Restore Dignity
Whether someone walks through our doors needing one-off or ongoing support, they are met with compassion, respect, and seen as a unique individual — not a statistic.
We are committed to restoring dignity through ongoing relationships that affirm each person’s worth and value in their immediate need, as well as working to address the causes of their situation.
2. To Revive Hope
Hope is the ability to look ahead and have a sense of expectation for something positive to happen to you or someone else.
We do this by meeting the direct needs in front of our clients, as well as journeying with them through any longer term causes to their situation.
3. To Provide Empowerment
Every person’s story is different, and so is the support they need. While some people find themselves in a one-off financial crisis, others may be experiencing a more sustained struggle with finances.
Our Welcome & Wellness team come alongside clients and work to empower them in their journey out of poverty.
