Volunteer
We wouldn’t be able to do any of our work without our amazing volunteers.
With 60 incredibly committed, local community members, we have the privilege to see real differences being made weekly.
The operations of the Craigavon Compassion Project rely heavily on volunteers in order to function.
Our volunteers contribute a range of skills including administration, stock control, processing deliveries, and providing signposting and support.
If you are interested in volunteering with us please get in touch - we’d love to hear from you!
Our Steering Group
We believe that it is essential for those with lived experience to be influencing the decisions we make and the way we do it.
Our Steering Group is made up of volunteers with lived experience of using a foodbank.
These incredible volunteers are central in advising us with planning, suggesting areas that could be improved, and giving ideas for new initiatives, such as the introduction of Halal food parcels which they designed.
Our steering group ensures those with lived experience are the ones directing our response.
